PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Qingfeng’s automatic feeding products include two main product lines: storage rack and feeding device, and various types of hoppers such as single hopper, double hopper, six hopper, etc. Suitable for automatic feeding of square and round plate materials, effectively solving the problem of continuous feeding in automatic stamping lines.

The system adopts hydraulic hopper lifting mechanism, which can bear heavy material loads, combined with servo motor and precise positioner. Under the control of PLC, the lifting height of the hopper can be precisely adjusted, ensuring that the feeding surface is always stable, achieving fast and accurate positioning.

In addition, the system is also equipped with plate separation module, double plate clamping module and automatic calibration module to ensure the safety of the mold and the continuous production of the automatic stamping line.
