Technical characteristics

The machine uses universal joint transmission, which reduces the vibration when starting and stopping, making the roller run more stable.

Due to the small diameter of the roller, there is no material rebound phenomenon, and at the same time eliminates the tension of the material when straightening, making the product flatter and more beautiful.

Using a positioning adjustment system, it is easy to adjust and operate. The built-in indicators make adjustment easy even for new operators.

The flattened material can be up to 2.0mm thick and is pressed by 6 rollers (5 above, 4 below). Suitable for high surface materials such as: aluminum, copper; suitable for flattening and precision equipment.

Can be combined with other presses and straighteners to form an automatic production line.
