This feeder uses servo motor for driving, which has the advantages of high precision and simple operation. PLC control system makes the feeding process more stable.

When the material width is less than 200mm, the NC servo roller feeder is more suitable than other types because of its compact size, stable operation and longer life.

The machine does not use spring to hold the material but uses air cylinder, so the pressing force is stable, not damaging the product.

Some special products need to be fed regularly in a circle, such as round products. For products requiring 20mm feeding, it will run once, 200mm will only run once. Only servo feeders can meet such requirements.

For the technical process requiring the movement to operate in the X and Y directions, especially used in the production of “X” products, the 2-axis mechanical system makes the machine work more efficiently.

For products with high speed requirements, it is necessary to feed at a high speed of up to 80 times/minute, to match the pressing speed, the mechanical servo clamping type should be selected. When the feeding speed exceeds 80 times/minute, the servo drive type can operate up to 300 times/minute.
