The 3-in-1 feeding machine is an integrated equipment consisting of a unwinder, a straightener and a feeder. This design saves installation space and improves feeding accuracy.

This equipment is especially suitable for thick and heavy materials, greatly reducing manual labor and improving work efficiency, while reducing safety incidents caused by manual operation.

The straightening drive mechanism uses a gear system. When the roll diameter changes, the external control motor will rotate counterclockwise to adjust the pressing force, making the operation easy and accurate.

The disc brake system improves the efficiency of stopping the roll and controls the rotation speed of the unwinder motor.

The lifting plate structure is integrated into the main frame, which can be lifted and fixed according to the operation, making it easy for the forklift to place the raw material roll, saving manpower and improving safety.

According to the thickness of the material, you can choose between pneumatic or hydraulic housing system. Hydraulic system is slower but more powerful, suitable for manufacturing auto parts.
