The 3-in-1 feeder is an integrated equipment consisting of uncoiler, straightener and feeder. It has high feeding accuracy, good working efficiency and saves installation space.

The straightening drive system uses a gear system. When the roll diameter increases, the external motor will rotate counterclockwise to adjust the pressing force, easy and accurate operation.

The disc brake system improves the efficiency of stopping the roll and controls the rotating speed of the uncoiler motor.

The distance between the pressing rollers is adjustable, suitable for materials of different thicknesses.

The special clamping mechanism makes it convenient to feed raw materials and ensures safety during operation.

According to the thickness of the material, you can choose between pneumatic or hydraulic housing system. Hydraulic is stronger, suitable for the production of auto parts.

The regulator can be arranged on the left or right side according to the actual factory, making it easy to operate and saving space.
